Contents
Recording receipt of services has now been made simple with the help of a new application linked to Vision.
The Simplified Service Entry Sheet (SES) is used to record the receipt of services provided by:
- Individuals under the terms of Special Service Agreements (SSA), and
- Services provided by firms under the terms of Institutional Contracts.
Please note that this facility can only be used to create a Service Entry Sheet. Any reversal would need to be done in VISION as previously.
Receiving officers must record the SES to document their approval of the services received prior to payment.
