      Who can use Agora?
      Agora is open to all UNICEF personnel, implementing partners, government counterparts, donors, academic institutions and other learners interested in UNICEF-related knowledge and professional development.
      Do I need an account?
      Yes. Creating a free account allows you to enrol in courses, track your progress, save learning history and receive certificates or badges where available. To create an account, select Register for free in the top-right corner of the home page and follow the instructions. Registration has no cost and only takes a couple of minutes.
      I work for UNICEF. How can I sign in?
      UNICEF personnel should use the UNICEF login option starting from the top-right corner. For the first time, you might have to authenticate in the UNICEF system in the usual way. Your organizational credentials provide access to learning assigned to your role.
      How do I find the right learning for me?
      Visit the catalogue and start searching for learning opportunities using keyword(s). You can further narrow your search by using filters by topic, provider, language or format.
      How do I find the courses and programmes I am enrolled in?
      You can access your learning record by navigating to ‘My courses’ in the top menu after logging into Agora. This page shows courses and programmes you are currently enrolled in.
      Can I learn on my mobile device?
      Yes. Agora is designed to support a flexible learning experience, including mobile access. The ‘Agora by UNICEF’ app is available in both Google Play and the App Store (coming soon).
      How can I request technical support?
      Select the question mark in the bottom-right corner of the screen and you will see the options. UNICEF learners should submit a Report an IT Problem ticket through the Service Gateway portal for timely support. Guest users can reach us using this support request form. If you have accessibility issues on Agora due to disability or assistive technology, please submit a ticket to the Global Accessibility Helpdesk.
