📚 About the course
The course is 100% virtual, self-attended, and without tutoring, allowing each person to progress at their own pace.
It is organized into 5 thematic chapters and a closing, which combine content, training and reflective activities, and a final evaluation.
🎯 Learning Objectives
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Understand how children and adolescents inhabit digital environments and what challenges they face.
- Identify risks such as cyberbullying, grooming or exposure to inappropriate content.
- Incorporate practical tools to accompany the use of technologies from dialogue and care.
- Promote safe, responsible practices according to each stage of development

Mothers, fathers, caregivers and adult referents of children and adolescents.
⏱️ Duration
It will take you approximately 8 hours to complete this course at your own pace.
🧪 Methodology
Asynchronous and self-assisted virtual course, composed of interactive materials, reflection activities, personal logs, videos and a final evaluated questionnaire.
Each participant advances at their own pace.
