360° feedback is a professional exercise and a great tool to help us increase awareness to maximize our performance both individually and as an organization, which will have a positive impact on our mission. This course helps you experience both giving and receiving feedback in a 360° feedback exercise at UNICEF.

Learning objectives

This course will give you the opportunity to:

  • Get a sense of what 360° feedback is
  • Prepare yourself to receive 360° feedback
  • Learn how to give useful 360° feedback
  • Practice taking part in a 360° feedback exercise

Audience

This course is suitable to all UNICEF staff, both supervisors and supervisees. 

Length

It should take you about 20 minutes to complete this self-paced course. 

Methodology

This course is composed of a single short self-paced animated module, including various examples and activities.
