Who is responsible for individual performance at UNICEF? How can we improve our performance? This course will explore the role that every UNICEF staff member has in managing and maximizing his or her performance in order to achieve results for women and children.

- Discuss behavioural expectations/key competencies to perform successfully

This course is suitable to all UNICEF staff, both supervisors and supervisees.
