Who is responsible for individual performance at UNICEF? How can we improve our performance? This course will explore the role that every UNICEF staff member has in managing and maximizing his or her performance in order to achieve results for women and children.

  • Understand your role and contribution in moving towards an organizational culture of fostering strong individual and team performance
  • Describe the components of effective performance planning
  • Develop SMART work plan outputs
  • Create a development plan
  • Discuss behavioural expectations/key competencies to perform successfully
  • Understand how to prepare for the performance planning conversation

Audience

This course is suitable to all UNICEF staff, both supervisors and supervisees.

It should take you about 20-30 minutes to complete this self-paced course.
