In this course, learn how to manage your unicef.org website using the Drupal Content Management System.

Learning objectives

At the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Understand the background and benefits of the Drupal unicef.org platform
  • Be able to build, edit and publish website content in Drupal using a variety of different templates and tools
  • Know where to find resources, learning and support to build and manage your website

Audience

This course is suitable for anyone who will be actively engaged in building or managing an external-facing UNICEF website using Drupal.  

Length

This is a self-paced, practical course, and the aim is to practice using the page templates and features after finishing each tutorial. In total it will take approximately half a day to complete.

Methodology

Each of the five modules introduces a new template or feature of the platform, and includes a video walk-through of how to use it. You will then be asked to log in to the platform yourself and put your learning into practice. By the end of the course, you will have built four pages in Drupal and used a variety of the different features offered by the platform.
