  • Explain the knowledge process and workflow (roles and responsibilities)
  • Respond to knowledge feedback
  • Pick up and action knowledge workflows
  • Make knowledge updates

Refresher training:

  • Explain the knowledge process and workflow (roles and responsibilities)
  • Pick up and action knowledge workflows
  • Make knowledge updates
  • Monitor knowledge activities (using dashboards, Feedback table, etc.)

Length 

Approximately 1 hour per session.
