About the course
The PSB Workflow Tool is an automated workflow integrated with Vision and built in Service Gateway platform. The Tool is created to replace the manual and paper-based process which makes it easier for offices to create a PSB case, submit for PSB Committee recommendation and Head of Office approval. This course describes the principles and processes of PSB case review and approval by the staff with the role of Head of Office.
Learning objectives
- Review a PSB case / submission signed-off by PSB Committee
- Review the PSB recommendation for each AMR and provide comments
- Return the case / submission to PSB Secretariat for updates, if necessary
- Approve the PSB case / submission
- Approve a PSB item, because of lower Actual Selling price / trade-in value
Length
It should take approximately 35 minutes to complete the course.
Methodology
This course is designed for personnel to learn about the PSB Tool. Inside the module, learners will learn about PSB Tool functionalities, roles and responsibilities of the Head of Office. New concepts will be reinforced through instructional strategies such as quizzes.

- Head of Office: Case/ Submission review and approval
The course includes Demo videos of the PSB Tool how to:
- Review and approve a PSB case / submission
- Approve a specific PSB item (AMR) because of lower actual selling price / Trade-in value
