About the course
Within the framework of the UNICEF Guatemala business training program, the course "Child Protection for Companies" consists of a six-module program that promotes social changes and the commitment of companies to carry out actions to protect children from all forms of violence. This programme has been developed with a practical approach, based on the development of a Child Safeguarding Policy for companies.
Learning Objectives
This course seeks to provide technical support to our partners, companies and interested individuals, for the creation of a child safeguarding policy for companies. This course aims to prevent violence against children and adolescents, as well as to support companies in strengthening their controls and risk prevention or compliance systems.
Audience
Private sector, companies, employees, executives, managers, academia, institutions and interested organizations.
Duration
Six modules, estimated time to complete the course: 5 hours
Methodology
Self-directed, participants have the possibility to carry out the course at their own pace.
