Once a nutrition situation analysis has been completed, the magnitude of nutritional needs will need to be assessed to feed into the broader Humanitarian Needs Overview (HNO) process. This module serves as a guide for discussions and consensus-building on nutritional needs analysis in crisis situations and response planning and monitoring, whether the IASC Cluster system has been activated or not.

This module is an intermediary-level course aimed at anyone who is interested in furthering their skills and knowledge in nutrition information management and cluster coordination in humanitarian contexts, and who needs to coordinate and collaborate with humanitarian architecture on this topic. It is part of the recommended learning path for national IMOs and cluster coordinators aiming to progress to senior-level roles.
