In order to support the development of a nutrition cluster’s strategy, priorities and workplan, it is highly recommended to establish a nutrition cluster strategic advisory group (SAG). A SAG enables decision-making on behalf of the collective through the representation of stakeholder groups and can help speed up a number of consultative processes. An engaged and dynamic SAG can greatly support the cluster coordination team in many of its key functions.
