Once the budget for a collective cluster response has been developed, it is the responsibility of the cluster coordination team to track the progress of funding against cluster requirements. The cluster coordination team should encourage partners and donors to contribute their funding information to the Financial Tracking Service (FTS) in order to track how well the response is being resourced and to help support advocacy activities.
