Subsequent to a first phase of national involvement in cluster coordination, a second phase in strengthening national capacity should involve the development of national leadership to take-over and transition cluster coordination activities. Peer-to-peer learning such as mentoring, coaching and other initiatives, are all ways in which you as the cluster coordination team can build national and local leadership, in order to support the transitioning phase.

- Explain how to set-up and support peer-to-peer learning and mentorship initiatives
- Recall how to support the transition back to sector coordination from cluster activation

This module is an advanced-level course aimed at anyone who is interested in refining their skills and knowledge in nutrition cluster coordination in humanitarian contexts, and who needs to lead humanitarian practitioners on this topic.
