This course will provide you with a basic knowledge of cluster processes, characteristics and outputs to ensure effective cluster leadership. You will explore the role of the cluster lead agency, how to establish basic cluster outputs, how to promote participation and how to work with sub-national coordination structures and other clusters. You will also be introduced to different styles of cluster leadership.
