This short course introduces response monitoring and reporting for cluster staff and partners. It discusses the role of the IMO in the process and introduces the response monitoring framework, tools to collect data including the 3/4/5 Ws and how to harmonise monitoring plans. It also looks at reporting and how to ensure accountability to affected populations during this key phase of the HPC.
