There are many situations in which it is important for coordination teams to be able to influence the behaviours, actions and decision-making of those around them. This includes being able to influence AoR/ cluster/ sector partners, stakeholders outside the AoR/ cluster/ sector, and senior decision-makers.

  • Explain how the circles of influence can increase the coordination team’s effectiveness, 
  • Identify ways in which the coordination team can increase their influence over senior stakeholders, 
  • Analyse your own context to identify ways you can increase your influence and effectiveness.
