An essential part of the role of an AoR/ cluster/ sector/ coordination team is to promote collaboration between partners to ensure they work towards a shared goal. This module explores factors that impact partners’ willingness to collaborate and looks at strategies for promoting collaboration including consensus building, negotiation and conflict management.
