The ICSC strategic planning stage is the second stage of the HPC and is the focus of this module. This is where we will come together, collaborate and identify the package of interventions to deliver to the affected population.
Learning objectives
By the end of this session, you should be able to:
- Recall the purpose for incorporating ICSC into the strategic planning stage.
- Identify and prioritize the geographical areas for ICSC interventions.
- Develop an ICSC minimum response package of activities.
- Know how to jointly target the beneficiaries.
- Develop an integrated workplan and a Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP) narrative.

This module is an intermediate-level course aimed at anyone who is interested in developing skills and knowledge in inter-cluster/sector collaboration in humanitarian contexts.
Length
It should take you about 50 minutes to complete this self-paced course.
