This course offers practical, evidence-based information about breastfeeding from pregnancy to weaning. It is designed to accompany mothers, fathers, caregivers and their support networks, promoting respectful and conscious practices, with a focus on rights, nutrition and emotional support.


Learning Objectives

At the end This course, you will be able to:

  • Recognize the importance of breastfeeding for child development and maternal well-being. 
  • Identify appropriate practices for initiating and sustaining breastfeeding. 
  • To learn about support resources and legal frameworks that favor the continuity of breastfeeding. 
  • Overcome common myths, doubts and cultural barriers.

  • Families and support networks of breastfeeding women. 
  • Professionals or volunteers who work on child care issues.

Methodology

Curso autoasistido con cuatro módulos temáticos. Cada módulo incluye videos, actividades interactivas, material descargable y autoevaluaciones. El diseño promueve el aprendizaje reflexivo y práctico, adaptado a diferentes realidades familiares.
