- Identify the factors to be taken into account when scheduling journey.
- Observe the process of mission scheduling.
- Identify the component parts of a route plan.

This course is suitable to drivers, administrative assistants doing the function of fleet management, administrative officers, administrative specialists and operations managers.
It is also open to anyone interested in learning about fleet management.
