Your path to HR expertise
What is the Global HR Learning Path?

The goal of the HR Learning Path is to support you, as part of UNICEF’s OneHR community, in developing the essential skills, knowledge, and capabilities needed to perform in your role, in alignment with the OneHR Strategy.
In particular, it aims to:

- Foster your continuous learning, by providing the latest insights on HR policies, practices, and risk-based decision-making practices.

- Enhance your key transferable skills, which are critical in today’s evolving workplace.

- Support your technical knowledge —whether you're new or experienced—by offering opportunities to refresh and expand your competencies.

- Guide you to the necessary guidance and support – to help you effectively use the most important HR systems and tools.

The HR Learning Path serves as a dynamic resource that will evolve with you, supporting your journey toward making a meaningful impact on UNICEF’s people and culture practices.
