Learning objectives
At the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Explain the concept of risk maturity concerning UNICEF's vision, objective, and strategy
- Discuss why risk maturity is important to an organization
- Describe how UNICEF's ERM Maturity Model aligns with the HLCM Reference Maturity Model
- Identify ERM Maturity Initiatives, significant to UNICEF
Audience
A globally dispersed workforce, and in particular operations staff, who serve as organizational risk and policy focal points for their respective offices.
Length
The total duration of this course is 45 minutes.
Methodology
This course is composed of series of single self-paced modules, including, examples, cases scenarios, and knowledge checks. At the end of each module, a short assessment must be passed with a minimum score of 80% to receive a certificate of completion.
