The Cultural Context
• Understanding the current cultural context
• Defining a new performance management culture and the required skills to create and maintain it.
• Establish actions that will enable the new culture to thrive
On-going Feedback
• Understand the role of feedback in creating a new PM Culture
• Challenge the existing assumptions about feedback and explore how to shift it
• Learn and practice a model for giving and receiving feedback
Skills Required for new PM Culture
• Learn key skills to create and sustain the new PM culture
• Practice the skills in various activities and real PM conversations
• Give and receive feedback for performance improvement
