This course provides an overview of how to carry out key functions in the ECM document management system.
Accessing the content (learning videos)
1. Click on ‘Log in’ in the top right of this window. 
2. On the next page, click the large white button ‘Login to Agora’ to log in as a UNICEF staff member.
3. After logging in, on the next page, click on the green button in the right column, ‘View activity details’.
4. On the next page, all the video links will be visible under the heading ‘E-learning module’. Click on each link to view the video.
Learning objectives
At the end of this course, you will be able to use the ECM system to accomplish key tasks in managing documents.
Audience
Staff in pilot offices (Spanish-speaking).
Length
Each video is about 1-2 minutes in length. There are about 20 videos.
Methodology
Each video demonstrates the steps to accomplish a key action in ECM.
Structure
The videos may be viewed individually as needed, or in sequence.
