Audience

This course is for GSSC staff. It is primarily aimed at G6 and G7 staff aiming to become supervisors.

4 hours (3 hours self-directed learning, 1 hour workshop)

Content and Methodology

• Leading with Emotional Intelligence - online LinkedIn Learning training course. This component provides a certificate of completion recognised by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and by the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy as Continuing Professional Education (CPE).
• Reading: Primal Leadership – The Hidden Driver of Great Performance - an article by well-known authors on Emotional Intelligence followed by a quiz.
• Workshop - each participant presents and analyses a workplace situation from the point of view of Emotional Intelligence.
