Methodology

In this rapid-paced, interactive workshop, participants are guided through an exploration of key project management principles applicable to projects of different types and scale. A series of collaborative activities is designed to raise awareness in key approaches and provide practice with different project management strategies, using authentic projects and a focus on planning for sustainability as a basis for learning and reflection.

The workshop includes a set of adaptable project planning resources and optional participation in extension activities.
