Information Management Officers (IMOs) can make an important contribution to strengthening national and sub-national capacity: specifically, IMOs can work with partners to strengthen their monitoring and evaluation capacity. This supports localization and strengthens local systems and governance. This module is an introductory exploration of the IMO’s role in strengthening capacity.
