This short course looks at how to communicate information through visualization and creating effective information products. Once data is collected or collated and analyzed, we need to be able to visualize the information in order to disseminate it to the correct audience. The modules introduce best practice in designing information products as well as introducing visualization software that can be used to create effective information products. Non-cluster staff will also benefit from this short course, as the skills and processes are similar whether working in emergency or in development settings.
