Learning objectives
At the end of this training the participants will be able to:
- Establish processes and standards to plan, develop, and monitor Face to Face Fundraising.
- Maintain high quality fundraising activities and ensure every Face to Face conversation is professional, informative, inspiring, empowering and memorable for donors.
- Commit to these values, act honestly and ethically, and comply with local laws during your Face to Face fundraising activities.
Audience
- ALL UNICEF and National Committee staff who are engaged in face to face fundraising.
Methodology
- This course presents the 13 pillars that constitute the Code of Conduct of Face to Face Fundraisers, the key learning points are illustrated by interactions, icons and videos, each pillar has a badge to earn and a knowledge check to complete. The course ends with a self-assessment testing the newly acquired knowledge.
