Learning objectives
To provide all UNICEF programme and senior operations staff with key elements to better understand, country programme implementation processes, strategies and approaches.
Audience
This course is recommended for all UNICEF staff, and it is mandatory for all programme and senior operations staff in Country Offices (CO) that are developing a new Country Programme (CP), as it provides in-depth and critical knowledge of UNICEF programming and implementation processes and systems.
Length
Part 3 of the RRP course is composed of six distinctive modules that take an average of 3 – 3.5 days to complete in person.
Methodology
This face-to-face presented content incorporates case studies, and interactive elements to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
The course includes a variety of interactive learning activities such as quizzes, to encourage active participation and foster critical thinking and problem-solving skills. It also presents examples and scenarios to contextualize concepts and facilitate deeper understanding and application.
Structure
Part 3 is composed of six modules:
- Module 3.1: Work Planning
- Module 3.2: Implementation Partnerships and Risk Management
- Module 3.3: Monitoring
- Module 3.4: Reporting
- Module 3.5: Evaluation
- Module 3.6: Learning and adapting.
Certificate
Participants will be awarded a course certificate upon completion of all modules of this Part.
