This module explores how to create a response monitoring framework and introduces some key monitoring tools. The response monitoring framework is part of the overall Humanitarian Response Plan (HRP). The framework clearly defines what will be monitored, how and when, it identifies responsibilities for monitoring and analysis, and provides a clear schedule for the release of reports, including Periodic Monitoring Reports (PMRs) and humanitarian dashboards.
