Overview of Agora services

Agora is UNICEF's global hub for learning and development.

It facilitates access to learning opportunities, career development, management and administration of learning events, reporting and monitoring, collaboration, social learning and more. These services can be customized to reach various audiences including UNICEF staff, partners, donors and the general public.

Agora works on phones, tablets and computers Agora can be accessed on computers, tablets and most smartphones. An offline player will also be made available to support learning in offices with poor or unreliable internet connections.

Agora offers a searchable catalogue including quick online courses, complex programmes, face-to-face events, webinars, videos, documents and more. The Agora learning catalogue will include hundreds of courses, offered by UNICEF, UN agencies or external providers. Learners from partner organizations will also be able to access a selection of learning opportunities on Agora.
